Warranty and Return Policy
For wired LEDs (Finished Goods)
Eran Industrial warranties its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years or 50,000 hours after purchase (whichever comes first). In the unlikely event you believe one of our products to be defective within this period and after our review and agreement, our return policy states we may repair or, at our discretion, replace any product we verify as being defective in material or production. The determination of a product being defective is at our sole discretion. The warranty solely insures the value of products purchased which are later found defective of material or production. No warranty of fitness or suitability for any specific purpose or intent is made or implied. Eran Industrial does not, under any circumstances, accept liability for any costs and damages relating to defective products such as, but not limited to: labor costs, low revenue, breaches of contract, incidental or consequential damages, etc.
To take advantage of our policy, you must contact us through email at email@example.com or call us at +86 5748797-9359 to contact your dedicated Eran Industrial Sales Associate, to report the defective product and receive an RGA number. Please have the following information on hand when you call or include it in your email message: the contact name and number of purchaser, the product’s SKU number, the original order’s billing and shipping information and a description of the problem. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN SHIPMENTS UNACCOMPANIED BY RGA NUMBERS. RGA numbers MUST be plainly visible on the outside of the packaging used to return products.
If your return request is approved, you will be provided with an RGA number and address to which you may ship the product you believe defective (at Eran Industrial’s expense), or we will provide you with DIF (destroy in field) instructions. Clearly label the RGA number on the outside of the package when making an authorized return. If the RGA number is not clearly labeled on the outside of the box, your shipment will be refused. RGA’s become invalid 30 days after issuance; any returns 30+ days after RGA issuance will be refused.
Upon full compliance with the terms of our return policy, Eran Industrial will determine-at its sole discretion-to repair, return, replace or credit warrantied products we’ve verified as being defective in material or workmanship. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt for us to verify the defective nature of any returned products and, upon verification, to ship your repaired product or functioning replacement to you at our expense.
Return requests for products being returned for non-defective reasons such as wrong product order or incorrect quantity must also receive pre-approval and an RGA number. It is at Eran Industrial’s sole discretion if any non-defective product can be approved or returned. If approved and a RGA number is issued, restocking charges will be applied. Restocking charges may only be waived if a purchase order two or three times the value of the return value is received to replace the product. Shipping charges for non-defective products are the responsibility of the customer.
